As a Senior Finance Strategy Analyst, you will develop and deliver high-impact financial and strategic insights that shape how executive leadership deploys capital, accelerates growth, and strengthens long-term enterprise value.
You'll own major cross-functional initiatives across service strategy, payor and network optimization, and investment evaluation-including new market entry, joint venture structures, and potential acquisitions. This is a newly built, rapidly evolving role, with a steady pipeline of complex, high-value questions. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytically strong, and excited to take on open-ended challenges that require structured thinking, creative problem-solving, and AI-enhanced analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess opportunities for adding new service lines by analyzing market demand, cost drivers, operational requirements, and projected financial returns
- Identify geographic and service gaps to uncover high-potential areas for expansion
- Define the optimal configuration of rehabilitation programs-distinguishing which features create payor value versus those that add unnecessary cost-and recommend redesigns that improve unit economics and outcomes
- Analyze patient-level economics (reimbursement patterns, authorizations, utilization trends, contribution margins) to determine priority payor relationships and referral pathways
- Build analytical frameworks and financial models that support payor negotiations, quantify program value, and inform pricing strategies
- Evaluate the performance and ROI of marketing, referral, and outreach activities to guide future business development investments
- Build integrated three-statement financial models to assess new market entry and de novo expansion opportunities
- Structure and analyze joint venture opportunities, including volume forecasts, ownership considerations, and deal economics
- Conduct financial and operational diligence on acquisition targets, including valuation, compensation structures, cost baselines, and projected returns
- Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize strategic finance workflows
- Develop and promote best practices for embedding AI and automation into financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 2+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, consulting, transaction advisory, FP&A, private equity, or venture capital
Skills
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to define problems, design analyses, and deliver clear recommendations
- Naturally curious and proactive in identifying the questions that matter
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from incomplete information
- Excel: Advanced modeling capability; can build scalable, transparent models
- PowerPoint: Able to translate complex analytical work into succinct, executive-level presentations
- Enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance analytical depth, automate manual tasks, and expand strategic insight
